The opportunity came where he was able to get into the Fix and Flip side of Real Estate, now averaging about 3 Flips per year.
Most investors would sell their renovations, Seon John on the other hand, entered Deals which allowed him to still make profits similar to a flip but still hold ownership of the properties and continue to make a monthly residual income via AirBnB.
Over the past 2 years, Seon has been building out his AirBnB Buy & Hold Portfolio. Within his first year of his new found Investing Strategy, SJ was able to add an additional 6 Figures through AirBnb on top of what he was already currently doing in Real Estate!!!
Starting with Luxury Condos and Lofts in Atlanta, SJ’s Airbnb Business has expanded to now over 20 Units located in Atlanta, New York and sunny Miami Beach, with many more locations abroad to come.
